A computer vision system that detects, recognises and tracks faces in video, following each person smoothly from frame to frame.
The challenge
Recognising people in video demands two things at once: accurate identification and steady tracking between frames, so identities do not flicker or get lost.
Our solution
We built a pipeline that detects faces with RetinaFace, recognises them using ArcFace embeddings, and follows each face between frames with fast MOSSE tracking, so every person keeps a consistent identity through the video.
