The challenge
A food and beverage operator with several outlets saw some outlets run short while others held surplus stock, and had no simple way to rebalance.
Our solution
We built a decision-support and simulation system that monitors inventory across outlets and recommends how to reallocate stock between them. Decisions can be tested in simulation first, and everything is presented in a live React dashboard. The project was delivered in milestones.
